IMPORTANT: Please read the information below carefully:

• Our location – see the photo above – is in the AOC building on the 2nd floor.
  The green arrow indicates the entrance during office hours, and the blue arrow indicates the entrance outside office hours (via the intercom).

• You can change or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made later will be charged.

• If you wish to manage your own appointments, please make sure to activate your account via the email you receive after booking your first appointment.
  Please also schedule future appointments through this account (MYM) (AO)otherwise, your appointments will not be visible.

• If you are unable to change or see your appointment via your account, please reply to the confirmation email of the relevant appointment and we will assist you.

• You will always receive a confirmation email once your appointment has been successfully booked. This may take a few minutes.The sender is MijnZorgToegang. Please remember to check your spam folder.

• We do not have a receptionist. Please change appointments online whenever possible. Alternatively, email your practitioner (details can be found at the bottom of the confirmation email) or reply directly to the confirmation email of the treatment.
  Voicemails are listened to when time permits between treatments or at the end of the day, after which we will contact you. We believe it is important to give our full attention to our clients during treatment sessions.

• By receiving treatment at our practice, you agree to our general terms and conditions, which can be found at the bottom of the homepage of Mind Your Motion jaw physical therapy and manual therapy or Amsterdam Osteo Osteopathy.

• Parking is available nearby and in the parking garage under WGplein (Parkbee Overtoom).

• The practice is easily accessible by public transport. Several tram and bus stops are within a 2-minute walk.

Directions within the building:

During office hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
When facing the front of the building (marked with AOC), take the right (rotating) door. Then take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor. Follow the signage to number 307 or 310 and take a seat at the beginning of the hallway. Your practitioner will come to get you shortly

Outside office hours
When standing in front of the AOC building, go to the left door. Look up number 307 or 310 on the screen next to the door or scroll down and press it. I will then open the door for you remotely. Then take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor. Follow the signage to number 307 or 310 and take a seat at the beginning of the hallway. Your practitioner will come to get you shortly.
